Description
A large loaf made with 50% Whole Spelt & Whole Wheat and 50% T85 Artisan flour from both the Skagit & Chimacum Valleys. Slightly nutty and super delicious.
Ingredients: Organic whole spelt, organic whole wheat flour, water, natural levain(biological leavening, lactobacillus, wild yeasts), sea salt.
